Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and highly proactive professional to drive business growth by creating new revenue streams. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, developing new market segments, and activating underpenetrated territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new customers to expand the company's client base
  • Develop and validate new market segments, industries, and use cases
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals
  • Activate dormant or underperforming territories and generate new leads
  • Support distributor expansion and drive direct sales when necessary
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence including competitors, pricing, and customer behavior
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion
  • Strong track record in acquiring new clients and generating new revenue
  • Experience in opening new markets or launching new products/services is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
