Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets across SaaS/CCaaS sectors.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling.
  • Oversee CRM and pipeline management to ensure clean data and high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor insights, and new business opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales teams.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and sales forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or CCaaS sales management roles.
  • Strong background in key account management, sales operations, and team leadership.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Highly adaptable, data-driven, and proactive.
