Business Development Manager - Lead Generation
Semiconductor | AI Infrastructure | Data Centre Technology
Location: Full-Time (Remote)
Hours: Night Shift PH (9pm - 7am)
Shift: 4 Day Working Week (Monday-Thursday) - Paid for 5 Days

We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive growth by identifying new client opportunities, building targeted outreach campaigns and developing relationships with high-growth technology companies.
The Role
This is a research-led business development position focused on identifying and engaging prospective clients across the semiconductor, AI infrastructure, data centre and broader technology sectors.
You'll be responsible for researching target markets, mapping key decision-makers, building outreach campaigns and generating new business opportunities through highly targeted email and LinkedIn activity.
This is not a cold-calling role. Success will come from intelligent market research, effective prospecting and well-executed outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Intelligence
- Identify high-growth companies across semiconductors, AI, data centres, power electronics and advanced technology markets
- Research funding rounds, acquisitions, expansion plans, new facilities and hiring activity
- Build target account lists and prospect databases
- Map key stakeholders including hiring managers, HR leaders and executive teams
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and emerging technologies
- Identify new sectors, locations and businesses aligned with our growth strategy
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Build and execute targeted LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Generate enquiries, meetings and potential recruitment opportunities
- Develop compelling outreach messaging tailored to individual companies and markets
- Engage with prospective clients and nurture relationships over time
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
CRM & Business Development Support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contact databases
- Build and update account maps for target organisations
- Review inbound enquiries and potential job opportunities
- Introduce relevant candidates to prospective clients where appropriate
- Support strategic business development initiatives across the US and European markets
Must-Have Experience
- Previous experience in business development, lead generation, sales development or client acquisition
- Experience targeting US and/or European markets
- Strong email marketing and LinkedIn outreach experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong research, market mapping and prospecting skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts, pipelines and activity
- Professional, organised and commercially minded
Preferred Experience
Experience within one or more of the following sectors would be highly advantageous:
