This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Pasig, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating strategic growth plans, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue growth.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic plans
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales tracking
• Familiarity with the BPO industry and offshore staffing solutions is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
