Job Description
The Business Agreement Manager Head a cluster of BDMs focused on business agreement execution with property developers. This role ensures that agreements negotiated by the BDMs are converted into actionable, compliant, and revenue-optimized contracts, and are operationalized efficiently.
The role is accountable for driving timely contract completion, risk mitigation, cost efficiency, monetization, and operational alignment across the cluster. It cultivates strong relationships with property developers and internal stakeholders, drives strategic initiatives to optimize CAPEX and OPEX, and ensures that Globe remains the partner of choice for connectivity and telco requirements in managed developments.
Duties And Responsibilities
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a cluster of BDMs to strengthen capabilities, maximize strengths, and address gaps.
- Formulate, execute, and monitor cluster strategies and work plans to ensure seamless deployment and Day 1 readiness across all accounts.
- Oversee scoping, planning, and execution of projects tied to property developer agreements.
- Ensure the team meets targets for contract completion, monetization, and operational execution.
- FINANCIAL EFFICIENCY AND OPTIMIZATION:
- Ensure contracts are commercially viable, cost-efficient, and technically future-proof, driving efficiency savings while aligning with business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to reduce capital and operational costs and maximize revenue.
- Support monetization programs by ensuring contracts reflect commercial strategies and promote cost-effective solutions.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with property developers and key decision-makers to position Globe as the default telco partner.
- Support the cluster in managing internal stakeholders who influence project execution and contract fulfillment.
- Drive collaboration between internal teams and external partners to achieve contract execution, revenue optimization, and strategic business goals.
- BUSINESS AGREEMENT EXECUTION AND MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the BDMs in translating property developer agreements into actionable, compliant contracts.
- Ensure all contracts are aligned with Globe policies, legal standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Review, approve, and operationalize contracts post-signature in coordination with Shared Services, Legal, Procurement, TS&E, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor contract documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure compliance, informed decision-making, and timely execution.
- INDUSTRY AND MARKET ANALYSIS
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support strategic business decisions.
- Anticipate challenges and advise the cluster on proactive strategies to achieve contract and operational targets.
- OTHERS:
- Maintain knowledge of policies, regulations, and best practices for contract management and property developer engagement.
- Complete required training, coaching sessions, and development plans.
- Ensure timely updating of systems and databases for contract and project information.
