Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-time, WFH/Remote

Rate: Php 238.1 per hour

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding market presence. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and aligning client needs with the company's offerings. The BDM will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end sales from client acquisition to closing deals.

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute campaigns targeting prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and regular follow-up.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in business development.
  • Must be confident, professional, and capable of handling international sales.
  • Highly skilled with a proven track record of successful lead closures at 80K per month
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Experience with B2B sales and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in the IT Industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or business development are a plus.
