This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Leyte. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies for business growth. They will analyze market trends, lead negotiations, and collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of business plans. Additionally, the role involves driving revenue growth while upholding the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Strong business development and strategic planning skills, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives
• Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in distribution, logistics, or a related industry is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Leyte and strong knowledge of the local market is a plus
