Role Summary

Fyscaltech is looking for a strategic and technology-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our fintech and banking solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on AML, compliance technology, and digital financial transformation. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who combines deep business development expertise with a strong understanding of fintech products, banking infrastructure, and emerging regulatory technologies.

As a key member of the growth team, you will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive enterprise sales initiatives across banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and fintech ecosystems. You will work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and leadership teams to position Fyscaltech's solutions effectively and deliver measurable business value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development initiatives for Fyscaltech's fintech, AML, and compliance product offerings.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regulatory technology and digital banking trends.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into scalable product opportunities.
  • Lead product demonstrations, solution presentations, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations with enterprise clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory developments within fintech, AML, KYC, and banking technology domains.
  • Build strategic alliances with technology vendors, banking networks, and ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver revenue growth through consultative and solution-oriented selling.
  • Represent Fyscaltech at industry conferences, fintech forums, and banking events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • 6–10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within fintech, banking, SaaS, or regtech industries.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, payment ecosystems, AML/KYC processes, fraud prevention, and compliance technologies.
  • Proven experience working with fintech products, APIs, digital banking platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, including product teams and C-level executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise negotiations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data-driven products, and financial technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent presentation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in AML, regtech, or compliance-focused fintech products.
  • Technical or product management background in banking or financial technology solutions.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, or Technology Management.
  • Established network within banking, fintech, or financial services sectors.
