Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Business Development Manager / Product Manager to lead growth across our contract solutions and SoW-based services. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client strategy, and solution design, responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping offerings, and closing deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Sales
• Identify, target, and win new business opportunities for contract staffing and SoW-based services
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Develop strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships
• Solutioning & Product Thinking
• Design customized contract and SoW solutions aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure feasibility and quality execution
• Translate client challenges into scalable, repeatable service offerings
• Contribute to the evolution of Socium's service portfolio and go-to-market strategy
• Client Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce strategy and talent solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and present tailored proposals and value propositions
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, procurement, and business units
• Market & Industry Insight
• Stay informed on trends in technology recruitment, contingent workforce, and SoW engagements
• Monitor competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within
technology recruitment, IT staffing, contract staffing, or SoW-based services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of contract solutions and workforce models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
