Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in Build‑to‑Suit (BTS) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth from project acquisition to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and real estate market
- Lead business development activities for Build‑to‑Suit (BTS) projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Prepare project proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, project management) to ensure proposal accuracy and project viability
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the construction industry
- Proven experience in Build‑to‑Suit (BTS) projects is required
- Strong understanding of construction processes, commercial developments, and project feasibility
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong client‑management and relationship‑building abilities
- Willing to travel and meet clients as needed
