Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager Channels is responsible for building and scaling NetSolar's channel partner ecosystem, including EPCs, developers, and distribution partners. This role owns partner acquisition, onboarding, and co-selling activities, ensuring that partner-sourced deals contribute meaningfully to revenue goals. Acts as the main liaison for partner performance, enablement, and feedback.
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, vet, and recruit high-potential EPC, developer, and distributor partners
- Develop onboarding materials and conduct enablement sessions
- Set expectations on co-selling, deal registration, and CRM protocols
Co-Selling & Deal Support
- Jointly qualify partner-led opportunities and provide deal support
- Ensure technical and commercial alignment with Sales Engineer and C&C
- Support partners in proposal development, pricing, and customer presentations
Performance Monitoring & Feedback
- Track partner pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and deal velocity
- Gather feedback to evolve the enablement toolkit and partner experience
- Collaborate with the Director and C&C to refine incentives and governance
Relationship Management & Advocacy
- Conduct regular partner check-ins and reviews
- Act as the partner advocate internally, raising needs or blockers to the leadership team
- Represent NetSolar at partner events and co-marketing initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in channel development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Background in renewable energy or infrastructure ecosystems preferred

- Strong relationship-building and partner management skills
- Structured thinker with ability to drive pipeline through others
- Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Comfortable with CRM and sales enablement platforms
