Job Purpose
The E-commerce Key Account Manager – Omni Retail is responsible for driving sales growth, availability, execution excellence, and profitability across modern trade online platforms (e.g., Robinsons Online, Waltermart Online, SM Markets Online, Landers Online). The role owns end-to-end account management, working closely with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure strong on-shelf availability, competitive promotions, and consistent brand execution in omni retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Business Management
- Own and manage assigned omni retail e-commerce accounts end to end
- Develop and execute annual and monthly Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Drive GMV, net sales, margin, and promo ROI
- Act as primary point of contact for retailer e-commerce teams
2. Commercial & Promotional Execution
- Plan, negotiate, and execute promotions, campaigns, and exclusives
- Ensure competitive pricing, promo mechanics, and assortment
- Track post-promo performance and optimize
3. Assortment, Availability & Operations
- Ensure full assortment listing and accurate product content
- Monitor in-stock rate, cancellations, and returns
- Coordinate SKU launches and bundles
4. On-Platform Excellence
- Ensure strong brand visibility and execution
- Deploy banners, search, and on-site marketing assets
- Track share of shelf and search rankings
5. Data, Reporting & Insights
- Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and CS teams
- Align online plans with offline modern trade strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years experience in E-commerce, Key Account Management, or Modern Trade (FMCG preferred)
- Experience handling Robinsons, Waltermart, or similar retailers is an advantage
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
