We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and sustainability of our impactful initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organizations mission and goals.
Partnership Building: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance funding and support for our programs.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential donors, and opportunities for program expansion, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of its field.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate business development efforts with programmatic activities, ensuring a cohesive and mission-aligned approach.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, or related roles
Strong track record of successfully securing grants, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a variety of stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development plans.
