Description

  • Research, identify, and prioritize new business opportunities and verticals aligned with the company's strategic goals and market trends.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, hospital networks, insurers, pharmaceuticals, and other relevant entities.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations and agreement finalization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to tailor solutions and offerings to meet market demands.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to effectively position the company in new markets.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of new lines of business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our capabilities and establish thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales; focus on creating new business opportunities within the healthcare technology sector is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships or market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulatory requirements and market trends, along with an established network of contacts within the healthcare industry is an advantage.
