Business Development (Senior Management) – Energy Solutions
We are supporting a global infrastructure and sustainability solutions organization that is expanding its Energy Solutions (District Cooling) business in the Philippines.
This is a pioneering opportunity for a commercially driven leader who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth in the commercial and industrial sectors.
As one of the first hires supporting the Philippine market, you will work closely with regional stakeholders and contribute to the growth of innovative energy and sustainability solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors
• Build and manage relationships with clients, developers, property owners, consultants, and strategic partners
• Lead business development initiatives from opportunity identification through contract execution
• Develop commercial proposals, business cases, and value propositions
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders throughout project development and implementation
• Support budgeting, project evaluation, and commercial planning activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in business development, commercial management, strategic partnerships, or solution selling
• Experience engaging commercial, industrial, infrastructure, facilities, utilities, or sustainability-focused clients
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities
• Experience working within technical or engineering-driven environments is highly preferred
