Job Description

  • Manage and oversees the implementation of development plans and strategies to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develops a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction and discusses promotional strategies with the Marketing Department.
  • Builds and fosters good working relationship with new and current clients to ensure repeat engagements and sales
  • Draws up business plans in response to client needs.
  • Understands business pains and market opportunities.
  • Works closely with Program Managers and other departments.
  • Promotes the brand and raises professional behavior in all aspects of work.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any

related field.

Minimum Experience: At least 5 years in marketing/sales function, or in project management with a strong focus on marketing or sales. Must have experience directly managing a team and working with cross functional teams and engage with senior managers and business leaders.

Business Understanding: Experience in assessing client requirements and proposing targeted training solutions in leadership, management, strategy, and specialized technical fields.
