Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Metro Manila. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Daily tasks include market research, networking, meeting with clients, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Audio, Video, LED Lighting, and Special Effects industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
