Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets or accounts
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Support and execute sales and growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead client discussions, prepare proposals, and assist in contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Ensure consistent follow‑up and a positive customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Security or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven ability to identify leads, manage accounts, and close deals
  • Experience preparing proposals, pricing, and supporting contract negotiations
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, revenue targets, and performance tracking
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive growth
  • Proficient in client communication, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams
  • Organized, results‑driven, and comfortable working with KPIs and CRM tools
