We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed.
• Gather customer feedback and report to management for service improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog).
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
• Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
