Role Description
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base of Flash Express (PH) Co. Ltd. Inc. (Drop Off Point Branches)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and delivering outstanding customer service
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and sales reporting tools
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ammenable to work on six-days working schedule.
- Willing to work on-site at McKinley, BGC, Taguig.
