Role Description

As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales Executive), you will be at the forefront of our student recruitment efforts, guiding prospective students toward successful enrollment in our cutting-edge tech programs. This is a full-time, remote position where you will play a crucial role in the entire student journey, from initial outreach to securing their spot in a program.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Student Outreach & Counseling: Proactively engaging with potential students, understanding their career goals, and effectively presenting how our tech programs can help them achieve those goals.
  • Enrollment Management: Guiding students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current students, building a supportive community and ensuring their success.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying new opportunities and channels to reach a wider audience of aspiring tech professionals.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize our outreach strategies and achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to engage with and counsel individuals, with strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the edtech industry is a plus.
