Position: Business Development Executive

The Executive Centre is an innovative, multinational, flexible workspace provider, catering to businesses and individual members from the broadest spectrum, each with unique requirements.

Dynamic and results-oriented executive who will support the sales efforts by engaging with clients, conducting viewings, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibility:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed defined sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth both as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct professional viewings of sellable spaces with potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports according to agreed formats and schedules.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Operate within a structured sales environment to drive sales success.
  • Licence Agreement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of license agreements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Outreach Initiatives: Engage with third-party agents and broker partners to enhance product awareness through visits and events.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to support social media campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with Operations teams to provide necessary support for smooth sales processes.
  • KPI Management: Daily management and analysis of various KPIs to drive new sales initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Graduation/ Master in any related specialised field
  • At least 2-4 years of successful sales experiences in premium Hotels, Business Centres or any relevant field.

Essential Skill:

  • Product Knowledge
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling to SME and corporate clients.
  • Member Relations
  • Networking and Relationship Building
