Schedule: 10:00PM to 7:00AM Manila Time
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- 2-5 years of sales or business development experience
- Background in security systems, low voltage, construction, electrical, or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business (hunter mindset)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and tracking opportunities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel across Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Gulf Coast
- Ability to understand technical solutions such as access control, CCTV, and structured cabling
What will you do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, and commercial/industrial clients
- Identify project opportunities early and manage deals through closing
- Conduct client meetings to understand project scope, timelines, and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pricing, proposals, and solutions
- Present proposals and negotiate to close new business
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to the operations team
