Job Title: Business Development Executive (New Business Focus)

Company: MYINSTANTTEAM (MIT)

Location: Onsite Philippines

Schedule: Night Shift (PHT): 9:00 PM 5:00 AM / 10:00 PM 6:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

MYINSTANTTEAM (MIT) is hiring a Business Development Executive whose sole responsibility is generating new revenue for the company.

This role exists to make MIT self-sufficient in sales. You will own new client acquisition end-to-endfrom lead generation through close. You will not rely on company founders or leadership to provide clients.

Success is measured by new monthly recurring revenue you personally close.

What You Will Own (New Business Only)

You are responsible for new client acquisition, including:

  • Proactively source and qualify new leads (outbound + inbound)
  • Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Present MIT services clearly and confidently
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals
  • Close new recurring-service agreements
  • Coordinate handoff to operations after close
  • Identify upsell opportunities during early-stage onboarding only

This role does not manage long-term account servicing after handoff.

Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales / business development (service-based preferred)
  • Ability to generate leads independently (no hand-holding)
  • Strong skills in discovery, objection-handling, follow-ups, and closing
  • Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
  • Comfortable working onsite and on a night shift schedule
  • Experience selling to international clients is a plus
Compensation & Incentives (Base + Commission)

This role includes a base salary plus commission based on revenue collected.

(Exact base salary is discussed during the interview and depends on experience.)

Commission Structure (USD Revenue Collected)

All commissions are based on USD revenue collected:

New Client Acquisition

  • 10% of first-month revenue

Short-Term Recurring Commission

  • 3% of monthly revenue for Months 26 only

Upsells

  • 10% of incremental revenue (first month only)

Commission Cap

  • Recurring commissions stop after Month 6, regardless of client tenure.

Commission Rules
  • Commission is paid only after the client invoice is fully collected
  • Any refunded or canceled client within 30 days voids commission
  • Commission eligibility applies only to new revenue personally closed
  • Recurring commissions end 30 days after employment ends
  • Pricing, discounts, and service scope must be approved by MIT
