Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new sales and revenue by relentlessly prospecting, assessing customer needs, and closing solution sales within both prospective and existing customer accounts.

Our Sales team is composed of strategic, goal-oriented professionals dedicated to building lasting customer relationships and delivering Iron Mountain solutions that address complex organizational needs.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Revenue and Pipeline: Continuously prospect and network to generate new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring you maintain a consistent sales pipeline that enables you to meet or exceed your sales quota.
  • Collaborate on Solution Strategy: Partner with key customer decision-makers (including the C-suite) to understand their organizational business objectives and goals, determining the appropriate Iron Mountain solutions and structuring a tailored business strategy.
  • Manage and Close Opportunities: Identify, sell, and close new areas of opportunity, securing necessary internal resources, driving the sales process, managing timely detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and accurately tracking progress in Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC).

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Four to seven years of experience in solution selling, strategic account management, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, with proven expertise in translating complex customer needs into clear solution requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate through established sales skills, needs identification, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (power messaging).
  • Four-year college degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
