Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and research
- Schedule meetings for the Sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support marketing campaigns and events
- Assist with sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Manage customer journey data and CRM automation
Qualification
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or phone sales
- Experience with CRM or sales software
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage
- Background in the IT services industry is a plus
