About the job

What you will do:

• Analyze performance of newly opened and existing stores to support business objectives while providing insights on store development.
• Conduct deep dives into store portfolio performance across segments to identify threats, challenges, and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning and creation of annual development roadmap, targets, and initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• With at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in business development, strategic planning, research, data & analytics, reporting, project management
• With proven advanced analytical and business skills
• With strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Willingness to engage in extensive field work
