Business Development & Outreach Coordinator – The KN Team at SERHANT.
Location: Remote (5 days/week, 9 AM to 6 PM EST)

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and polished Business Development & Outreach Coordinator to drive lead generation, manage outreach to client leads, and support executive operations.
This role blends client-facing communication with behind-the-scenes coordination, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach- Identify and engage high-quality leads using real estate platforms and market research
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons
- Manage and nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups
- Track and maintain leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Meet weekly KPIs for outreach and lead engagement
- Draft and refine outreach messaging aligned with the KN Team brand
- Pull and target off-market and delisted properties
- Collaborate with the Outreach and Operations teams
CRM & Data Management- Maintain accurate CRM records and contact lists
- Manage eBlast lists and outreach databases
- Update outreach manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Track projects, deadlines, and team deliverables

- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and protect time for revenue-generating activities

- Background in sales, lead generation, or business development a plus
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in real estate; NYC market knowledge strongly preferred
- 1+ year working with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
