Help strengthen disaster resilience in the Philippines.
The Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the development and delivery of training programs on emergency preparedness and business continuity. This role focuses on implementing training activities, facilitating learning sessions, and helping promote a culture of preparedness within the organization and among partners.

What You'll Do
Facilitate trainings, workshops, drills, simulations, and tabletop exercises for employees and partners
Develop training and awareness materials
Support participants in understanding their roles during emergencies
Assist in reviewing exercise results and recommending improvements
Coordinate with trainers, partners, and logistics for training activities
Who Are We Looking For
With a background in training, business continuity, DRRM, or related fields
Comfortable facilitating sessions and working with diverse stakeholders
Organized, proactive, and passionate about preparedness
