Job Description

We are currently looking for Business Analysts to join our growing team. If you are passionate about translating business needs into effective technology solutions and enjoy working with cross‑functional teams, this opportunity is for you.

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will help the business implement technology solutions by determining project and program requirements, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners, and providing end‑to‑end support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business users to define project scope and requirements for demand categorization and ballpark estimation
  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with business users, solution architects, and delivery teams
  • Document, review, and maintain Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) for IT solutioning
  • Maintain Requirements Clarification Logs and Traceability Matrices for complex initiatives
  • Coordinate with users on UAT plans and test case preparation
  • Verify system test results and conduct sampling reviews prior to UAT release
  • Act as IT coordinator during User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities
  • Facilitate clear communication between IT, testers, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the system development life cycle
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance standards during requirements, QA, and post‑implementation stages
  • Manage change requests and project issues to ensure timely, within‑budget, and high‑quality delivery

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of Information Management or related courses
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proven ability to document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment
  • Results‑oriented and comfortable providing technical training to end users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance or other financial services
