Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Recruiter based in the Philippines to support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities. This role partners closely with hiring managers, regional HR teams, and global stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent-particularly for Spanish-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Spanish-speaking and multilingual roles across various functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct initial screening and interviews in Spanish and English
Coordinate interview schedules across time zones
Prepare candidate shortlists, interview feedback, and hiring recommendations
Support offer preparation, verbal offers, and hiring documentation
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure recruiting data integrity

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment
Experience supporting international or regional hiring (LATAM or US is a must)
Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office
Exposure to end-to-end HR processes beyond recruitment
Experience hiring for technical, customer-facing, or corporate roles
Knowledge of labor basics and global HR best practices
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
