KeyResponsibilities
AsaRegionalOfficer-Sales,youwillserveasacriticallinkbetweenchannelpartnersandHeadquarters, ensuringexceptionalservicedeliveryandachievingstudentconversiontargetsforyourassignedregion.
Your role will include:
1.Channel Partner Management and Student Conversions
Drive end-to-end student conversions, from walk-ins to successful enrollment.
Travel across your assigned region to establish and strengthen partnerships with channel partners in major cities and towns.
Develop new channel partnerships to expand the student base.
Collaborate with Headquarters (HO) to streamline regional operations and secure necessary support.
2.Process Efficiency
Conduct regular reviews of channel partner performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Train and upskill student-facing staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and relevant knowledge.
3.Coordination with Business Units
Act as a liaison between Business Units at HO and channel partners to provide specialized support for targeted countries.
Facilitate knowledge sharing between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and channel partners to improve service quality.
4.Regional Marketing Execution
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute regional campaigns.
Provide on-ground support for marketing activities and offer insights to refine marketing strategies based on regional needs
Key Stakeholders
You will collaborate with:
Business Units: Ensure smooth coordination between channel partners and specialized units.
Marketing: Develop and execute impactful regional campaigns.
Operations at HO: Streamline backend processes, including visa facilitation.
Senior Leadership: Provide performance updates and receive strategic guidance.

Extensive travel across the region to ensure seamless channel partner operations.

Job Requirements
Experience: 4-6 years in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in the overseas education industry.
