Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in process analysis, system design, and project delivery especially within the banking or financial services sector we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead business requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams (MIS) to drive system enhancements
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and process training
  • Act as Product Owner in Agile teams and support strategic initiatives
  • Champion innovation and continuous process improvement across departments

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial services
  • Strong skills in project management, process mapping, and business case development
  • Familiarity with loan processing, accounting concepts, and system configuration
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT, and stakeholder engagement
  • Tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, databases, APIs, and flowchart/wireframe tools

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement
  • Experience with RBACK frameworks, loan systems, and accounting platforms
  • Existing relationships with financial solution providers
