We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
Business Analyst to support Project Management and Transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong BPO experience, a solid background in process improvement methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct business trend analysis to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Perform root cause analysis and value stream mapping to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Develop business cases, project documentation, and performance reports.
- Support project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process changes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Transformation roles.
- Must have experience in a BPO/shared services environment.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) or PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis, and value stream analysis.
- Experience in business trend analysis and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City).
- Flexible to work with different time zones when required.
