Job Title: Business Analyst (ERP Implementation & Process Improvement)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business process improvement and system implementation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, facilitate system implementations, conduct user training, and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical teams, helping drive successful project execution through effective documentation, testing, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and system requirements.
. Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather and document business requirements.
. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
. Define, track, and report on key process metrics (KPIs) and operational baselines to measure the quantitative impact of transformation initiatives.
. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate process waste (Muda) prior to system automation.
. Create process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
System Implementation & Project Support
. Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and enterprise systems.
. Assist in project planning, timeline development, and implementation activities.
. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Documentation & Technical Writing
. Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional
specifications, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
. Create reports, presentations, and implementation materials for various stakeholder groups.
Testing & Quality Assurance
. Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
. Execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
. Document defects, coordinate issue resolution, and validate system fixes.
. Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and business expectations.
Training & Change Management
. Facilitate user training sessions and system demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
. Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and successful implementation.
. Provide post-implementation support and assist users with system-related inquiries.
Stakeholder Management
. Act as a liaison between business units, project teams, and technical resources.
. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
. Build strong relationships with business leaders and end users to understand evolving business needs.
Qualifications Required
. Bacheloru0027s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
. At least 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, ERP
Implementation, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
. Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow analysis.
. Experience creating user guides, SOPs, and business documentation.
. Experience conducting user training and stakeholder presentations.
. Exposure to software implementation projects and system testing activities.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred
. Experience with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,NetSuite, or similar platforms.
. Familiarity with SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
. Experience supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
. Exposure to change management and user adoption activities.
. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks (e.g.,Yellow or Green Belt) is highly advantageous.
. Familiarity with ITIL framework (specifically Change Management and Service Transition) or formal project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile Scrum).
