IT Business Analyst/ BA Analyst - Java /Business Systems Analyst (Java)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement solutions based on Java technologies.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, and user guides.
• Assist in the training of end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position with a focus on Java applications.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with Java frameworks and tools.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Ability to create process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
