We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst (RPA) to join our growing team. This role serves as a vital bridge between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support organizational goals. You will be involved in requirement gathering, process improvement initiatives, system analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across software development, system integrations, and automation projectsincluding Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Work closely with technical teams to support solution design and development
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and use cases
- Support quality assurance efforts including test script creation and UAT coordination
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct enduser training
- Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and recommend opportunities for business process improvement
- Provide clear and consistent communication across business and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
- 25 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or projects (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
