Job Title: Business Analyst RPA

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (3 times a week RTO -Hybrid)

Mode of Hiring: Contract (6 months Extendable)

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

Automation Intake & Pipeline Management

• Serve as the first point of contact for automation opportunity submissions.
• Manage and evolve the intake framework (forms, templates, scoring criteria).
• Maintain the automation pipeline and ensure all submissions are assessed timely.
• Facilitate opportunity assessment using impact-effort matrices, ROI estimation, and complexity scoring.

Process Discovery & Analysis

• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes.
• Document As-Is processes using BPMN or similar notations and translate them into To-Be automation-ready workflows.
• Identify automation blockers, edge cases, and exception handling needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to gather requirements and clarify functionalities.
• Develop clear and concise Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design input.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Governance & Standards

• Support and promote CoEbest practices for intake, assessment, and documentation.
• Participate in automation steering committee meetings to present pipeline status and business cases.
• Help refine prioritization methodology and contribute to continuous improvement of CoEprocesses.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience, preferably within an RPA or digital transformation program.
• Strong understanding of UiPath or other RPA tools (exposure to Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub is a plus).
• Proficiency in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Experience in creating business cases, ROI calculations, and impact-effort assessments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• UiPath Business Analyst Foundation or other UiPath certifications.
• Experience using UiPath Automation Hubor similar idea/intake management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps etc
• Exposure to document understanding, AI integrations, or process mining (e.g., Task Mining, Process Mining).
