Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and operational insights within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Excel-based reporting, dashboard creation, and data management, preferably within a BPO environment. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage repetitive reporting tasks while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and send operational and client reports accurately and on time
  • Manage and maintain manual Excel-based reporting processes
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations and other teams to address reporting requirements
  • Meet strict reporting deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Experience with Power BI (required / strong advantage)
  • Experience with Smartsheet (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in reporting, MIS, or data analysis
  • BPO industry experience is preferred
  • Experience preparing and sending operational/client reports
  • Experience handling manual Excel-based reporting
  • Exposure to automation tools or dashboard development is a strong advantage
