Job description
Develop and maintain various content types, including help center articles, knowledge bases, developer documentation, chatbot responses, partner communications, and educational materials. Provide content launch management support, ensuring the smooth execution of content workflows (Write Once, Publish Anywhere (WOPA), and multimedia launches).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Operational Cadence: Analyze comprehensive datasets to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, providing foundational insights for executive business reviews.
- Ad-Hoc Intelligence: Perform targeted data deep-dives to resolve emergent business queries and quickly generate actionable, data-backed recommendations.
- Translate Data to Impact: Create meaningful data visualizations that clearly communicate complex findings, directly relating insights back to business impact.
- Data Processing & Harmonization: Systematically cleanse, structure, and integrate large-scale, disparate datasets. Develop sophisticated methodologies to merge complex data streams that lack natural relational keys.
- SQL Transformations: Execute complex SQL transformations to prepare data for robust reporting and analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis within SQL and related platforms to ensure the validity and reliability of business insights.
- Dashboard Development: Develop crisp, intuitive dashboards that deliver highly relevant information based on strict metric definitions. Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data is consistently available.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing analytical features while conducting ongoing performance-tuning and optimization of data queries and reporting tools.
- Technical Leadership: Actively influence technical discussions, providing technical leadership and subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills
- Data Extraction & Visualization: Strong demonstrable experience in advanced data extraction, workflow automation, and comprehensive dashboard development using modern BI and no-code tools (e.g., Looker, Looker Studio, AppSheet, Google Workspace integrations, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Advanced SQL Proficiency: Deep technical capability in writing, optimizing, and transforming data using complex SQL queries.
- Analytical Storytelling: Proven track record of not just gathering data, but generating compelling narratives and insights that drive business strategy.
- Technical Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot data pipelines, optimize performance, and continuously improve analytical products.
Nice to have skills:
- The interest and high-level ability to write articles such as Knowledge Base, Help Center articles in line with latest technological trends
- Ability to write concise and reader-friendly instructions such as gadget user manuals
- Openness to work in a shifting schedule
- Work in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related field
- Completed 2 years in college without back subjects
- Open to work onsite once a month for business reviews
- Amenable to work on night shift
