Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Preferably 1-3 years Experienced Employee specializing in IT/Computer Software or equivalent
- Experience in ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Strong working knowledge in day-to-day operational procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with ERP modules supply chain, accounting, CRM, SRM (supplier relationship management)
- Conduct a detailed business requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and analysis of systems and processes.
- Documentation and analysis of business workflows ensuring consistency, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives and industry best practices/standards.
- Prepare Requirements Definition Document, Functional Specification Document, Technical Specification Document, and User's Manual that clearly outline the requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Create diagrams to better illustrate the business workflows.
- Write detailed acceptance criteria to guide development and testing. Participates in testing activities through functional testing and verifying and validating that the requirements had been met.
- Support the QA team in defining test scenarios and reviewing test results.
- Handle training walkthroughs to familiarize the team with the software application.
