Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 year of experience in a business analysis, operations, or related support role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Proficient in creating UI designs using Figma.
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management frameworks.
Experience with workflow analysis and creating detailed documentation.
