Role Summar
yThe Business Analyst will support business use cases ensuring that requirements, rules, data definitions, transformation logic, downstream consumption needs, and validation expectations are clearly documented and aligned with the signed-off scope

- isFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions with business users, data owners, source system SMEs, downstream consumers, and technical team
- s.Capture business scenarios, scope, KPIs, rules, existing constraints, downstream usage, and expected outcome
- s.Support preparation and refinement of BRD
- s.Translate business requirements into functional requirements for FRS and LLD developmen
- t.Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, and assumptions in business requirement
s.Business Rule and Data Rule Documentati
- onDocument approved business matching rules, transformation rules, aggregation rules, segmentation rules, eligibility rules, and prioritization logi
- c.Support rule definition, including customer matching rules, fuzzy logic requirements, government ID matching, name and date-of-birth matching, and matching validation expectation

g.Data Mapping and Source Analys
- isWork with source system SMEs to document source systems, tables, fields, data definitions, data dictionaries, interface specifications, and ERD

- g.Validate data mapping assumptions with business and technical stakeholder
- s.Document data quality issues, missing definitions, duplicate keys, inconsistent formats, and other source data concern
s.Testing and Acceptance Suppo
- rtSupport preparation of SIT and UAT test scenarios, test cases, expected results, and acceptance criteri
- a.Coordinate with business users to validate outputs against signed-off BRD and design specification
- s.Support UAT execution, issue triage, defect clarification, retesting, and sign-off preparatio
- n.Ensure test scenarios validate business rules, data outputs, data quality rules, downstream connectivity, and consumption expectation

s.Required Skills and Experien
- ce3+ years of business analysis experience in data, analytics, banking, financial services, or enterprise technology project
- s.Strong experience gathering and documenting BRDs, functional requirements, business rules, data mappings, and acceptance criteri
- a.Good understanding of data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse architecture, or analytics solution
- s.Ability to work with technical teams on ETL, data models, data quality, metadata, lineage, and downstream consumption requirement
