- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure alignment
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business needs
- Prepare process flows, reports, and documentation to support project delivery
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Open to junior to experienced Business Analysts (experience level will define scope of responsibilities)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Good to excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in software development projects; background in banking/financial services is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies preferred
