Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clients project implementation on HR systems and payroll systems across APAC countries.
- As the main contact point for clients, proactively collaborate with clients to understand user requirements.
- Work closely with developers and QA on system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful implementation and delivery of system solutions.
- Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including plans, requirements, and progress updates, to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, project progress updates, technical deployment and UAT.
- Provide clients and user training, post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in client servicing project implementation is MUST
- Sound knowledge of HR systems such as payroll module, eLeave, time & attendance, etc.
- Experience with ETL processes, databases, and API integration is preferred.
- Able to use SQL query for troubleshooting
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
