Overview
Lhoopa is seeking a highly motivated
Business Analyst to join our growing team and support the Chief of Staff in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the company. This role will be central in bridging strategy and execution: analyzing data, building insights, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the Chief of Staff and leadership team in decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor KPIs and business performance against company objectives.
Operational Excellence
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and metrics are met.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and reports for strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with functional teams (Business Development, Construction, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Account Management) to align goals and track progress.
- Act as a key liaison between the Chief of Staff and business units for data, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive presentations.
Special Projects
- Support debt financing initiatives, market expansion projects, or fundraising efforts as directed by the Chief of Staff.
- Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Masters is a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Associate, or similar role (consulting, corporate strategy, or startup experience highly valued).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear recommendations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
