Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
35 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, or transformation roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
