Our Company is undertaking a significant transformation initiative aimed at redefining the delivery of services to customers, with a strategic emphasis on innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centricity.

Within this context, the Thrive Program constitutes a multi-year, enterprise-wide effort to modernize and re-platform the GRS business through the implementation of incremental technology solutions. This program is designed to fundamentally transform the organizationu0027s operating model, systems architecture, and overall customer experience.

The Business Analyst will assume a critical role in shaping the future direction of the GRS business. This position is accountable for leading the elicitation, analysis, and comprehensive documentation of complex business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Strategy Leads, and delivery teams to ensure that the program backlog is robust, prioritized, and fully aligned with strategic objectives and the envisioned transformative end state for GRS.

This is a high-impact position that demands a sophisticated blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and advanced stakeholder engagement capabilities. The successful candidate will be essential in bridging the divide between strategic business vision and effective technical execution throughout the ongoing transformation process.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
  • Lead the capture and refinement of business and technical requirements across workstreams.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to define functional and non-functional needs.
  • Develop clear, testable acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes and solution scope.
Solution Design Support
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and feasibility.
  • Support design reviews and interface definition.
Process Mapping & Optimization
  • Document current and future state processes to support solution design.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Validate process changes with operational teams.
Data & Integration Analysis
  • Define data requirements, sources, and transformation rules.
  • Support integration design across platforms and third-party systems.
  • Ensure data quality and governance standards are met.
Documentation & Traceability
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation of requirements, processes, and data flows.
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery and testing.
  • Contribute to knowledge management and handover materials.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify and escalate requirement-related risks and issues.
  • Support impact analysis and mitigation planning.
  • Track and resolve requirement dependencies and delivery blockers

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in large-scale or transformative programs.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
  • Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and integration design.
  • Familiar with Agile delivery, enterprise architecture, and technical documentation.
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops, and process modelling platforms.
  • Industry experience in financial services or regulated environments (desirable).
  • Bacheloru0027s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (desirable).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IT (desirable).
  • Industry certifications such as:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) - IIBA
  • Agile Business Analyst Certification - ICAgile or equivalent
  • PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile/Scrum certifications - for understanding delivery frameworks
  • TOGAF or similar - if the role involves close collaboration with enterprise architects
