Lead the digital transformation initiatives implementation for Stark and CIC initiated projects, ensure system adoption & optimization, and support the achievement of the approved business strategies.
Validate & deploy solutions based on business needs and ensure achievement of the approved initiative metrics while meeting required quality and compliance standards.
Responsible in deploying system changes aligned with the approved architectural designs and business requirements.
Support the team of Business Analysts and Data Owners in reviewing, cleansing, and validating master data.
Ensure that established cloud care framework is followed; and lead / drive development of the incident, problem, and system change management capability.
Communicate with stakeholders across the organization in terms of mitigating risk, and realization of committed business benefits.
Support Business Unit stakeholders in managing organizational changes resulting from the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Work with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Business End-Users in identifying operational changes thru data-driven analysis.
Accountable and responsible in implementing all approved led digital & technology initiatives for the entities.

Lead the Stark & CIC initiated projects and support delivery to ensure system availability, functional fit, and scalability for future usage growth
Responsible in generating data analytics and reports based on the business information requirements
Provide sound and timely, functional & technical support on digital platform adoption, analytics & artificial intelligence, and other business transformation issues, and deploy technology solutions that will ensure compliance and mitigate or eliminate risks.
Recommend cost savings initiatives from data analytics and use of existing & future technological tools
Collaborate with CBSI IT and 3rd-party Service Providers in addressing business transformation concerns or issues and/or in implementing digital adoption initiatives aligned with the CIC short- and long-term business strategies.
Inform and train relevant business units on the integrated digital customer solutions utilization pertaining to their functions to enable adoption, optimization, innovation, and expansion
Keep abreast of changes or updates in digital platforms, analytics & artificial intelligence, and data security that will impact the Company and its operations and advise management regarding the same
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred but not required.
Relevant certifications are advantageous
Excellent system and data management, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
3 years related work experience in supporting Customer Relation Management, Project, and/or Customer Service system(s) and implementing business process improvement initiatives.
Complete cycle of system implementation and support delivery covering Sales, Project, and Service business processes.
Proven skills and experience in leading system adoption and supporting large project implementation.
Proven track record of identifying business process improvement and engaging key business stakeholders
