Job Summary
- Under the leadership of the Business Process and Solutions Head, you will support the successful delivery of enterprise and strategic initiatives by ensuring business needs are clearly defined, well-documented and effectively translated into solutions. Your role will involve acting as a change agent and collaborating with process owners, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
How will you contribute
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions to elicit requirements, uncover gaps and prioritize solutions.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and propose enhancements that improve customer experience.
- Analyze data and trends to generate insights that support decision-making.
- Develop process maps and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
- Support testing, validation and change management to ensure successful implementation.
What will make you successful
- A college degree preferably in Business or Industrial Engineering.
- With 5+years of business analysis experience.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns and propose effective solutions.
- Expertise in process mapping, streamlining and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional ability to think holistically about the customer experience and design solutions that deliver value.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and influencing cross functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
